    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Position Summary: &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>Responsible for financial analysis activities to include budgets, forecasts, and operational related analysis. &nbsp;</p><p><br><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) taking into account company’s goals and financial standing<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, metrics and process analysis<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs, including leading and participating in cost reduction projects&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage, track and analyze capital investment proposals, Fixed Assets and depreciation schedules<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data from analysis&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participate in month end close analysis and tasks (create and post journal entries, assist with forecast and monthly reports, etc.)&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Build strong interdepartmental relationships with Operations, Quality, Materials, Maintenance, HR and corporate finance<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Special projects as assigned<br><br>&nbsp;<strong>Education/ Skills/ Experience:</strong></p><p><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management and 2-3+ years financial analysis experience in manufacturing organization, or equivalent combination of education and experience.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Oracle ERP experience preferred</p><p><strong>Training Requirements:</strong></p><p><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good presentation, reporting and communication skills<br>Knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, project management and information analysis – Manufacturing environment experience preferred<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><p><br><strong>Physical Demands</strong><br>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
