This includes customer service, leasing units, maintaining the property, managing finances, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for tenants and their belongings.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.</li>\n <li>Assist customers with rental inquiries, unit selection, and leasing agreements.</li>\n <li>Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner.</li>\n <li>Advertise available units through various channels, such as online listings, signage, and local advertising.</li>\n <li>Conduct property tours for potential tenants and assist with the leasing process.</li>\n <li>Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate records of unit availability, rentals, and tenant information.</li>\n <li>Perform regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.</li>\n <li>Collect rent payments, late fees, and other charges from tenants in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Manage properties budget, forecasting revenue and expenses to ensure profitability.</li>\n <li>Monitor delinquent accounts and take appropriate actions for collections.</li>\n <li>Implement security measures to safeguard the property and tenants' belongings, such as surveillance systems, lighting, and access controls.</li>\n <li>Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment.</li>\n <li>Respond to emergencies or incidents, such as break-ins, accidents, or medical emergencies, following established procedures.</li>\n <li>Maintain organized files and records, including lease agreements, tenant information, and financial documents.</li>\n <li>Prepare reports for management, summarizing property performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with Regional Manager as needed for support, guidance, and reporting.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.</li>\n <li>Bilingual preferred</li>\n <li>1-2 years of experience in property management, customer service, retail or a related field preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, property management software).</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li>\n <li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This job description outlines the primary duties and responsibilities of a Property Manager.
