    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Main tasks</strong></p>\n<p>The IT Infrastructure Expert will be in charge of:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintaining and supporting Client &amp; Server environments</li>\n <li>Supporting End users and technical teams in incident analysis and resolution</li>\n <li>Maintaining the Network based on Cisco &amp; Siemens devices</li>\n <li>Maintaining Security devices based on Fortinet</li>\n <li>Analysing and resolving of virtual and physical network related incidents</li>\n <li>Providing support and guidance for OT teams in network management</li>\n <li>Supporting the hardening of IT and OT devices by enforcing policies and monitoring access to them.</li>\n <li>Participating in planning and execution of IT-related projects</li>\n <li>Providing a 24/7 support (on call duty)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Specific Knowledge&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>3+ years experience in IT-Infrastructure</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to work in Industrial Environment&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge in client and server OS (Windows necessary, Linux is an advantage)</li>\n <li>Good knowledge in O365 challenge (Skype/Teams especially) and cloud proxy technology&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge in Network technology: LAN/Routing on Cisco (certification is an advantage) and optionally Siemens network devices</li>\n <li>Good knowledge in WLAN technology: Cisco Wireless Controller</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge about Firewall/IPS management (Cisco and Fortigate)</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge on Routing protocols: static, OSPF and WAN routing</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of F5 products especially the F5 Big IP APM</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of Cloud Design and Architecture (Azure, AWS, OCI,..)</li>\n <li>Knowledge on optical fiber connection analysis and splicing is an advantage.</li>\n <li>Knowledge on Alcatel Lucent telephone systems and FTA infrastructure is an advantage.</li>\n <li>Effective communication skill with non-IT users</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Languages:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>German (mother tongue),&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Fluent English is required</li>\n <li>Any other language will be considered as a plus.</li>\n</ul>",
