This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality engineering solutions in the life sciences industry.</p><p>As a Lead Engineer, you’ll oversee project budgets, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and mentor junior staff. You’ll play a critical role in shaping project outcomes—from concept through commissioning—while driving innovation and excellence.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead discipline design efforts and manage budgets for projects ranging from simple to highly complex.</li><li>Collaborate with Project Managers on proposals, staffing plans, and schedules.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners.</li><li>Conduct quality reviews of technical documents and ensure compliance with industry standards.</li><li>Direct and mentor engineering support staff across multiple projects.</li><li>Deliver internal training presentations to elevate team capabilities.</li><li>Oversee or lead advanced design activities such as:<ul><li>Utility room layout development</li><li>Pipe routing and space planning</li><li>Capacity planning and expansion strategy</li><li>Vendor package management</li><li>Risk assessments (HAZOPs, HCCPs, etc.)</li><li>3D model reviews and coordination</li><li>Site walkdowns and field reporting</li><li>Commissioning and startup support</li></ul></li></ul>",
