All duties are to be performed with enthusiasm and a positive attitude in accordance with departmental and property&rsquo;s policies, practices and procedures.</span></p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong><u><span style=\"font-size:7.5pt\">Essential Functions</span></u></strong><strong><span style=\"font-size:7.5pt\">: </span></strong></p>\n\n<ol>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:7.5pt\">Must enjoy being with people and have the ability to make each guest feel special.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:7.5pt\">Consistently exhibit an upbeat and positive attitude.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:7.5pt\">Excellent listening, interpersonal and communication skills.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:7.5pt\">Professional appearance.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:7.5pt\">Assists in composing an accurate schedule according to demands of business and promotional events. </span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:7.5pt\">Able to resolve guest&#39;s problems so that both the guest and the casino are pleased with the outcome.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:7.5pt\">Conveys terms of programs and explains qualifications and requirements to prospective Players Club members.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:7.5pt\">Sign up all un-carded players within ten minutes of commencement of play. </span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:7.5pt\">Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest demands in a fast pace environment.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:7.5pt\">Execute floor promotions by identifying winners and notify them of the prize or promotional credits they have won.
