The headquarters is in Luxembourg at the Airport, and we employ more than 540 people.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Job description</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Flight dispatch and operations control (preparation of flight plans, crew briefings, weather and NOTAM analysis).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Flight monitoring and movement control of the fleet (tactical control of ATC flight plans, CFMU slot monitoring and gathering movements into the operational system).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Airport and route analysis and feasibility checks to support commercial and flight operations department.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Handling and fuel arrangements, additional supplementary services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborating with flight crew and ground handling staff.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Adhere to AOC and company procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate activities and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Carefully monitor all flights and third-party services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Administrative duties relevant for flight dispatch department.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Profile</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Flight Dispatcher Certificate.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Good knowledge of Flight operations in the business aviation industry.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiar with Air ops regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Fluent in English; French would be a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work in shifts + weekends &amp; holidays.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proactive personality with strong organizing skills, team-oriented, flexible approach.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Logical thinking, accuracy, a high sense of responsibility and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and to deliver under pressure.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Customer-oriented, positive attitude and willingness to do the extra mile.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Jetfly’s offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The role will give you the opportunity to develop your skills and see your work directly contribute to the success of the business.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You will work in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The location of the company will allow you to reach it easily by public transport or by car (Luxembourg airport).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A compensation package that includes meal vouchers, private health insurance and parking spot.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A full-time permanent position with an initial roster of 4 days on, 2 days off.
