The ideal candidate will bring a refined sense of service, the highest standards of safety and discretion, and a genuine commitment to delivering a truly bespoke onboard experience for our most distinguished clientele.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Main duties and key responsibilities include:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Flight scheduling (overflight/landing permits, handling and fuel arrangements, additional supplementary services)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Flight dispatch and operations control (flight planning, crew briefing, meteo, space weather and NOTAM analyses, movement control, crew control, irregularity handling, emergency response)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Airport and Route analyses and feasibility checks to support commercial and flight operations department</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Cost analysis and liaison with the accounting team</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Liaison with the AOC team</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Ground operations activities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Covid restriction review and analysis</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Operational administration</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Crew notification</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Administrative duties relevant for flight dispatch department</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Communication with Customers</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Liaison between the Customer and the Company internal department to match Customer’s expectations</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and experience shall include:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Minimum 5 years of experience in a VIP flight dispatch environment, with worldwide flight operations (dispatch certificate or dispatch license as well as ETOPS experience are an asset);</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Good knowledge of US commercial and private operations, including TSA waivers, DOT approvals, FAA notifications, eAPIS filing, and CBP clearance.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Ability to interpret weather and NOTAM information as well as airport/airspace NAV charts.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Familiarity with aircraft performance, (preferably with wide bodied aircrafts), international regulations, EASA rules, operations manual (OM) and flight entry requirements.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Proactive active with strong organizing skills, team-oriented, flexible approach and able to provide solid results under high pressure</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Excellent communication skills in English / oral and written; additional languages will be preferred.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· IT skills/experience in use of dispatch related software – flight planning systems (i.e. Fore Flight), SITA/AFTN communications, sched/ops control systems,FL3XX and MS Office applications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Willingness to work on shifts; night shift included</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Excellent ability to manage critical and high-pressure situations</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Solid communication skills</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Ability to cope with heavy workload</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Ability to answer Customer’s queries</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Understand of Customer’s needs and expectations trough effective communication</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect</span></p>",
