Educate families around program and community resources. Ensure requests for supports, respite agreements and/or other miscellaneous paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',Times,serif\">Encourage age-appropriate, normalizing behavior in a sensitive and caring manner through modeling, redirection and conversation.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',Times,serif\"><strong>Qualifications: </strong></span></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',Times,serif\">High School Diploma or GED.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',Times,serif\">At least 2 years&rsquo; experience working with persons with disabilities preferred.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',Times,serif\">Specific clinical skills in specialized areas (hearing, visually, physically impaired, behavior management, medical needs, crisis intervention etc.) a plus.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',Times,serif\">Candidates must be able to read, write, and comprehend English to accurately follow support plans, document services provided, and communicate effectively with individuals, families, staff and healthcare professionals.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',Times,serif\">Minimum of one year of driving experience and a valid driver&rsquo;s license in good standing.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman',Times,serif\">Waystone Health &amp; Human Services is a 501c3, nonprofit, human services organization supporting youth and adults with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities; acquired brain injuries; and mental health diagnoses.
