Streamframe, our proprietary ERP and orchestration platform, manages projects, finances, contracts, and delivery across the company. If you prefer to wait to be told what to learn, this is not the right environment.</p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Role Description<br></span></span></p>\n<p>Streamline runs a lean finance function. As Finance Executive, you will support day-to-day financial operations across Malaysia, the United States, and Japan, ensuring documentation, reporting, and compliance remain audit-ready.</p>\n<p><br>This role supports how funds move across the organization and helps ensure financial information reaches the right stakeholders. You will work closely with the Director of Finance and gain visibility into how the business operates. Streamframe will be your primary working environment, supported by Cowork and AI tools.</p>\n<p>The role also requires coordination with internal teams and external partners, including bookkeepers, auditors, tax agents, and legal advisors, across multiple jurisdictions. This includes Malaysian statutory and EPF/KWSP obligations, US entity compliance, and Japan statutory filings. Experience with restructuring, entity formation, or multi-jurisdiction compliance environments will be valuable.</p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Accounts Operations</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle accounts payable and receivable across all entities (Malaysia, US, Japan), including vendor payment scheduling, client invoicing, and collections follow-up.</li>\n<li>Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready financial records, transaction data, and supporting documentation at all times.</li>\n<li>Conduct regular bank reconciliations and maintain fixed asset registers across entities.</li>\n<li>Manage multi-currency transactions (MYR, USD, JPY) and ensure accurate foreign exchange treatment.<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compliance &amp; Statutory</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support tax and statutory submissions across jurisdictions as directed, including Malaysian SST, EPF/KWSP, SOCSO, and income tax filings.</li>\n<li>Liaise with external bookkeepers, auditors, and tax agents to collect, verify, and submit required documentation on schedule.</li>\n<li>Maintain awareness of compliance obligations across our US and Japan entities and flag upcoming deadlines proactively.</li>\n<li>Support entity-level compliance work, including closures, restructuring, and new entity onboarding as directed by the Director of Finance and legal counsel.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Finance Orchestration &amp; Systems<br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate Streamframe as a primary working tool — logging transactions, tracking project financials, coordinating approvals, and maintaining visibility for the finance team and leadership.</li>\n<li>Maintain and improve workflows in Xero; assist with data access and organization in Microsoft Dynamics 365.</li>\n<li>Support the integration and adoption of the ICARUS finance tool as it is built into Streamframe — including data entry, reconciliation support, and process documentation.</li>\n<li>Use Cowork and AI tools to automate routine tasks, improve reporting accuracy, and reduce manual processing time.</li>\n<li>Identify process gaps and propose improvements — we expect this role to actively make our finance function smarter, not just maintain it.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Coordination &amp;
