This senior leadership role is responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of capital projects ranging from $50K–$1.5M, with 5–15 active projects at any given time. You will lead facilities-related construction and renovation projects within complex laboratory, office, and regulated life sciences environments while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget. The role requires strong client relationship management, operational leadership, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the client while driving project execution, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
