Reliable.</span> For more information, visit AtticusLLC.com.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will do in this role</span></p>\n<p>The Senior Accountant will be responsible for general accounting operations.  Responsibilities include maintaining financial records and reports, performing account reconciliations, assist with the close, budget and projection process.  In order to be successful in this role, this candidate must have a strong general accounting background with public accounting experience.  The Senior Accountant will report to the Director, Finance. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span>  </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner directly with the CFO to prepare monthly, company‑wide financial presentations, including analysis of performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.</li>\n<li>Develop clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal leadership and external stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Translate complex financial data into a cohesive narrative that explains company performance, trends, and forward‑looking expectations.</li>\n<li>Support the annual budgeting process, including gathering assumptions, validating inputs, building financial models, and preparing presentations for company‑wide rollout.</li>\n<li>Work with cross‑functional teams to accumulate budget inputs and ensure proper support and documentation around assumptions.</li>\n<li>Assist in preparing bank‑facing budget decks that articulate assumptions, trends, and financial strategy.</li>\n<li>Provide visibility into revenue performance and identify variances in sales compared to target and meet with the sales team to track progress toward quarterly and annual revenue targets.</li>\n<li>Track key performance indicators and provide deep‑dive analysis on financial performance, including margin trends, cost drivers, and operational KPIs such as volume metrics, including calculating pounds of tech sold.</li>\n<li>Serve as a member of the Data Analytics Team, helping to improve visibility into financial and operational metrics.</li>\n<li>Work closely with teams across finance, accounting, sales, operations, pricing &amp; rebates, and other departments to support projects, validate data, and ensure alignment.</li>\n<li>Build slides, dashboards, and reports that enhance decision‑making and improve communication of financial insights.</li>\n<li>Apply a strong understanding of accounting principles to interpret financial results and visualize trends across revenue, expenses, margins, and cash flow.</li>\n<li>Identify anomalies, inconsistencies, or emerging patterns in financial data and communicate insights to leadership.</li>\n<li>Write technical accounting memos and interpret and apply GAAP to support financial analysis and ensure accurate reporting.</li>\n<li>Execute special projects and ad hoc analyses as requested.</li>\n<li>Assist Finance team with journal entries, reconciliations, audit requests and other day-to-day operational support as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills/Qualifications</span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree required</li>\n<li>CPA License preferred</li>\n<li>At least 5+ years experience with a minimum of 2 years of Public Accounting experience.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with accounting software (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics AX, Oracle, SAP)</li>\n<li>Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive communication skills along with strong initiative and balanced judgment</li>\n<li>Organizational skills with superior attention to detail</li>\n<li>Adaptable and entrepreneurial with a background in dynamic, fast‐moving business environment</li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively across diverse and cross-functional teams, under critical timelines while balancing the needs of internal and external customers</li>\n<li>Excellent time management and prioritization skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Atticus?</span></p>\n<p>Atticus is committed to the long‑term success of our industry and our people.
