Apply today to help our customers realize their dream kitchen & bath’s!</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive sales to meet and exceed sales targets set by Store Manager </li>\n <li>Conduct daily follow-up on outstanding quotes </li>\n <li>Develop repeat sales, new relationships and future business</li>\n <li>Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a customer friendly and a professional environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, and maintaining professional standards at all times during the customer’s experience </li>\n <li>Follow-up on all sales to ensure customer satisfaction and service</li>\n <li>Help to maintain a well-organized, aesthetically pleasing environment </li>\n <li>Administer sales process to ensure timely and accurate completion of all sales:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Process quotes and sales paperwork</li>\n   <li>Contact vendors and shippers to track orders for customers and ensure quality service </li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Continue to develop sales skills and product knowledge through internal resources, vendor programs in person or online </li>\n <li>Assist with normal store maintenance tasks (inventory, display maintenance, literature library, etc.)</li>\n <li>Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This position's pay consists of base hourly pay, plus monthly commission.  Starting base pay is between $21.00/hr - $27.50/hr based on experience. </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Candidate will possess strong sales/service experience</li>\n <li>Passion to help clients achieve their vision with their home projects</li>\n <li>Experience or knowledge of plumbing, kitchen & bath, design/remodeling industry preferred</li>\n <li>Undergraduate/trade school/design education preferred or in progress OR the ability to demonstrate hands-on learning through experience</li>\n <li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule, 5 days a week within retail hours (Monday - Saturday 10:00am - 6:00pm), and occasional evening hours for events</li>\n <li>Highly personable, skilled at interacting with clients and prospects at a variety of knowledge and comfort levels</li>\n <li>Ability to handle fast-paced and changing environment</li>\n <li>Computer knowledge and skills with the ability to learn First Supply LLC’s business system</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively communicate</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license and a driving record which meets underwriting standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>First Supply, family-owned and operated for over 125 years, offers its employees a great benefits package including; medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, company paid holidays, on demand pay, education assistance, adoption assistance, and more!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>About Kohler Store By First Supply</u></strong></p>\n<p>The Kohler Stores are state-of-the-art kitchen and bath showrooms that deliver a distinguished Kohler experience where designers and homeowners can get hands on experience with hundreds of products!
