This role plays a critical part in maintaining high-quality standards, minimizing downtime, and supporting overall production efficiency.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</strong></p><ul><li>Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on production machines to ensure smooth operation.</li><li>Identify potential breakdowns and replace or adjust machine parts as needed.</li><li>Implement machine improvements to enhance quality, increase production levels, and reduce breakdowns.</li><li>Maintain a high level of machinery availability to support production goals.</li><li>Keep the workplace clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards on a daily basis.</li><li>Execute planned maintenance activities, including preventive and predictive maintenance.</li><li>Accurately report all performed work in SAP-PM, including work order confirmations and spare parts reservations.</li><li>Collaborate and provide support to Continental Business Teams as required.</li><li>Take ownership of personal safety and adhere to all safety protocols.</li><li>Ensure accurate time attendance records.</li><li>Report any unsafe situations or behaviors to the supervisor promptly.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE</strong></p><ul><li>AAS Degree in Mechatronics or Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Maintenance with&#xa0;4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.</li><li>Proven skills in repairing and maintaining electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems</li><li>Proficiency in using hand tools, micrometers, calipers, multi-meters, and other test equipment</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities</li><li>Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment</li><li>Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in industrial settings</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment</li><li>Willing to work 12-hour rotational shift pattern including days, nights, and weekends.</li></ul>",
