As part of the Academic Team the teacher, in collaboration with the Director of Studies sets individual learning and development goals and actively seeks opportunities to further develop teaching practice.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">Establishes a positive learning environment for all learners, ensuring that they feel supported in their learning and able to take risks with language.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">Creates lessons that are motivating and engaging with a focus on learning and progress.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">Provides feedback and support that encourages the learners to develop both their language skills and their learning autonomy.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">Completes all administrative duties in a timely manner.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">Works in the school team and the teaching team in a professional manner.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">Duties assigned include, but are not be limited to the following:</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">Plan and deliver assigned by the DoS in accordance with EC Teacher Standards</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">Complete class administration in a timely manner, including: Records of Work, student attendance, Student assessment reports</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">Set and mark homework and tests according to the EC assessment rubrics</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">Provide students with focused tutorials.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
