It’s not easy to get hired by us – we want only the most talented and committed Managers, but when you do join Lucky Strike, the rewards are abundant.\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p></p>\n<em><strong>The Role</strong></em> As Executive Chef at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will work the line five days a week, develop your Kitchen Managers and BOH team, and ensure every plate that leaves the kitchen reflects the standard this brand is known for. This is a working chef role, not a desk role. \n<em><strong>What You'll Do</strong></em>\n<ul>\n <li>Own all culinary operations, driving food quality, consistency, and BOH performance across every service period and event</li>\n <li>Work a full cooking schedule five days a week including nights, weekends, holidays, and high-volume events</li>\n <li>Develop Kitchen Managers and BOH teams through daily coaching, training, and performance feedback</li>\n <li>Manage food cost, labor, inventory, and full BOH financial performance</li>\n <li>Partner with Operations on new product rollouts, seasonal promotions, and special events</li>\n</ul>\n<em><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></em>\n<ul>\n <li>5 or more years of culinary leadership in a high-volume food and beverage environment</li>\n <li>Proven experience running banquet and event operations including large-scale catering and high-volume service</li>\n <li>A working culinary skill set; you are actively on the line during peak service, not directing from behind a desk</li>\n <li>A track record of developing Kitchen Managers and BOH teams</li>\n <li>Advanced financial acumen including food cost control, labor optimization, and P&L contribution</li>\n <li>Current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it</li>\n <li>Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<em><strong>What You'll Get</strong></em> Our people are the reason guests keep coming back.
