This position offers flexibility to join our team either part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) or full-time, allowing you to choose the schedule that best fits your availability while making a meaningful impact within a mission-driven organization.</p><p><br></p><p>In this role, you will conduct diagnostic evaluations for young children (ages 2–6) with suspected autism spectrum disorder (ASD), using evidence-based assessment tools such as the ADOS-2, CARS-2, and other standardized measures. You will play a critical role in helping families gain clarity, access early intervention services, and take the next steps in their child’s developmental journey.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct diagnostic evaluations for children with suspected autism spectrum disorder. Completing 10-15 evaluations per week</li><li>Administer ADOS-2, CARS-2, and complementary assessment tools</li><li>Prepare comprehensive diagnostic reports that meet insurance requirements</li><li>Review findings with families and provide recommendations for services</li><li>Coordinate evaluation schedules, waitlists, and communication with the outreach team and Sr. Director of Diagnostic Assessment</li><li>Participate in ongoing professional learning related to ASD evaluations and best practices</li><li>Perform occasional in-person assessments within the region (minimal travel)</li></ul><p><br></p>",
