Responsibilities Serve as a trusted HR partner for employees and leaders within the manufacturing and logistics operations center. Create and maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR documentation is completed and organized. Support and administer HR policies, programs, and procedures while ensuring consistency and compliance. Assist with payroll processing and employee data management. Support onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a positive employee experience. Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, policies, procedures, and general HR-related matters. Post job openings, review applications, and conduct initial candidate phone screenings. Maintain and generate HR reports and workforce data as needed. Collaborate with the Safety team to support reporting, compliance, and employee safety initiatives. Help drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Identify opportunities for process improvement and proactively recommend solutions that support the business and employee experience. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Previous HR experience in a manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or fast-paced operational environment is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and confidentiality standards. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization. Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
