If you enjoy the fast pace of inpatient medicine, collaborating with skilled colleagues, and making a meaningful impact on patients during critical moments of care, this opportunity was built for you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Urohospitalist, you’ll be the backbone of our inpatient urology service—performing consultations, procedures, and surgeries while helping manage the inpatient needs of a thriving office-based Urology network. Our goal is simple: deliver exceptional patient care while creating a sustainable and rewarding career for our physicians.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>And with a<strong> flexible schedule</strong>, you’ll have the time to enjoy everything Central Florida has to offer—from world-class restaurants and entertainment to lakes, beaches, and year-round sunshine.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<p>As part of our Urology Hospitalist team, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide <strong>inpatient urology consults and care</strong></li>\n <li>Perform <strong>procedures and surgical interventions</strong> as clinically indicated</li>\n <li><strong>Collaborate closely with our office-based urologist</strong> to coordinate care</li>\n <li>Assist in the <strong>management and continuity of inpatient urology</strong> patients</li>\n <li>Work with <strong>Advance Practice Provider support</strong> to deliver efficient, high-quality care</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Your work will directly support a robust and growing inpatient urology service.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Practice Highlights</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Established Urology program (since 2016)</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Location</strong>: Orlando Health - Orlando Regional Medical Center</li>\n <li><strong>Adult Urology only</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Physician-led, professionally managed health system</strong></li>\n <li>Strong administrative support with an emphasis<strong> on clinical autonomy and collaboration</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monday-Thursday: 7 am – 5 pm, Friday – Sunday:24-hour coverage</li>\n <li>Flexible Options for 7 on 7 off FT, PT and Pool</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Financial Package:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent and highly competitive compensation package </li>\n <li>Benefits package includes health/vision/dental insurance along with full malpractice coverage, disability coverage, deferred compensation, and retirement savings options.</li>\n <li>Generous sign-on bonus.</li>\n <li>Orlando Health offers 4 weeks of continuous pay for parental leave.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Community Information</strong></p>\n<p>Florida offers a thriving metropolis with numerous activities and plenty of sunshine to enjoy year-round.
