Provide personal nursing care and perform routine assigned tasks under the direction of a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Identifies physical, emotional and social needs of patients and reports findings to the RN.</li>\n <li>Participates in the implementation of patient care and contributes to the plan under the supervision of the RN.</li>\n <li>Provides for the safety and comfort of patients, families and significant others. Reduces risk of health care acquired infections by using the CDC hand washing guidelines and CSMC isolation policy.</li>\n <li>Safely uses restraints requested by the charge nurse or primary RN.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Participates in all initiatives that assist in reducing the risk of patient harm by following safety precautions.</p>\n<p><strong>A complete application should include:</strong></p>\n<ol>\n <li>An Online Application</li>\n <li>A Resume (include all CNA experience with start and end dates and contact information)</li>\n <li>HS Diploma/GED or equivalent</li>\n <li>Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) by ARC AHA</li>\n <li>California CNA License</li>\n</ol>\n<p><strong>We will only consider applicant's that have ALL the above included.</strong></p>",
