This position reports directly to the Director of Programs.\nThe Ship Management team works directly with production, Program Managers, and all other support trades to eliminate obstacles in the way of project success.\nThe Project / Ship Manager will work directly with their peers in Finance, Supply Chain, Safety, Quality, Contracts, Sub-Contracts, and Craft Management teams to ensure: Change is incorporated (timely and accurately) Financial projections are in alignment with actual performance Sub contracts are placed on time to support production efforts Quality documentation is being actively managed to support project milestones Sub-contractor relationships are maintain to support project milestones (in alignment with Program Manager) Customer relationship is actively managed and fostered Production is actively working the schedule, and performing within cost/budget goals Monitor Non-Craft budget adherence for the entire avail The Project / Ship Manager will maintain a symbiotic relationship with the project’s Program Manager.
