Aspire has health centers in four Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.</p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>\n<p>The License Eligible Therapist - Addictions will utilize a strengths based recovery-focused approach to facilitate addiction and dual diagnosis groups and individual/family therapy services to individuals with substance use disorders in an outpatient setting.  This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that works with behavioral health professionals and primary care providers to provide integrated healthcare to the individuals we serve in order to achieve their identified goals. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education/Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other mental health related field accredited by the US Department of Education required</li>\n <li>Minimum two (2) years experience in related field required</li>\n <li>Community Mental Health experience highly preferred</li>\n <li>Must have excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills; knowledge of substance use disorders treatment</li>\n <li>Knowledge of social service systems, community resources, legal systems, and child welfare systems highly preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Licensure</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have a temporary license to practice or;</li>\n <li>Be recognized as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) by the State of Indiana </li>\n <li>Recognized as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) preferred</li>\n <li>Must be working towards full licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Aspire prioritizes a work culture that takes care of employees not only at work but in their personal lives as well.
