margin-bottom: 0in;\">As a senior member of the groundwater team, you will provide technical, project, and client leadership across a broad range of assignments, including:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: 15pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Partnering with clients to understand needs and deliver practical, value‑driven solutions</li><li style=\"line-height: 15pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Leading and shaping scopes of work for public and private clients on small‑ to large‑scale infrastructure projects</li><li style=\"line-height: 15pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Managing and executing hydrogeological studies, including:&nbsp;<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li style=\"line-height: 15pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Groundwater resource development</li><li style=\"line-height: 15pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Construction dewatering programs</li><li style=\"line-height: 15pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Pump test design, analysis, and interpretation</li><li style=\"line-height: 15pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Geothermal system assessments</li><li style=\"line-height: 15pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Supporting proposal development and contributing to business growth</li></ul><p style=\"line-height: 15pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What your experience looks like</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>University degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, or a related discipline<br>(Master’s degree is an asset)</li><li>10+ years of experience in physical hydrogeology</li><li>Strong field‑based experience in groundwater supply, hydrogeological investigations, and assessments</li><li>Professional designation in Ontario (P.Geo. or P.Eng.) preferred</li><li>Experience with ESA, excess soil or geo would be considered assets as well as having an ability to speak French.</li><li>Experience with groundwater modelling is an asset</li><li>Proven success developing client relationships and contributing to winning proposals</li><li>Hands‑on experience working with MECP, municipalities, and Conservation Authorities</li><li>Ability to manage multidisciplinary projects from planning through delivery</li><li>Strong business acumen and a practical, solution‑focused mindset</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team</li><li>Experience leading, mentoring, and developing junior staff</li><li>Comfortable operating in a high‑demand, fast‑paced environment</li></ul><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;
