    "description_html": "<p><b>Job Title:</b> Level IV Respite Care Provider</p><p><b>location : </b>Nationwide Opportunities — Family Residence, CYS Facility, or Other Approved Location</p><p><b>Job Type :</b> Part-Time / As Needed</p><p><b>Responsibilities :</b></p><ul><li>Provide advanced one-on-one respite care for EFMP family members with complex needs.</li><li>Perform all Level III provider duties.</li><li>Assist with seizure activity support.</li><li>Assist with tube feeding activities as authorized.</li><li>Assist with tracheotomy suctioning as authorized.</li><li>Monitor home medical equipment and report concerns.</li><li>Follow the family’s service plan and document services provided.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality, safety, and professional conduct.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications :</b></p><p>Must meet <strong>one</strong> of the following:</p><ul><li>Current Registered Nurse license; OR</li><li>Current Licensed Practical Nurse license with at least 1 year of clinical experience; OR</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as Nursing or Special Education, with at least 2 years of documented experience providing complex care to individuals with special needs.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Favorable Tier 1 Background Investigation.</li><li>National Sex Offender Registry Check.</li><li>State and local child abuse registry checks.</li><li>Current CPR certification with hands-on, in-person skills assessment.</li><li>Online-only CPR certification is not acceptable.</li><li>Ability to safely provide care to individuals with complex medical or special needs.</li></ul>",
