The Southcoast Menopause & Wellness Program is the region’s first program dedicated to comprehensive, individualized care for women in their midlife and menopausal health transition. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of hormonal changes, symptom management, and long-term wellness strategies tailored to midlife and aging women. Conduct comprehensive menopause-focused evaluations and ongoing care.</h2>\n<p>• Diagnose and manage all menopause-related conditions with the development of personalized treatment plans.</p>\n<p>• Educate patients on menopause, aging, and preventive health strategies including bone, brain, and cardiovascular wellness.</p>\n<p>• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, including referrals to specialists as indicated.</p>\n<p>• Stay current with menopause research, guidelines, and best practices through continuing education and professional development.</p>\n<p>• Help promote ongoing community awareness and education with participation in seminars and provider and patient education opportunities.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>• Medical degree from an accredited institution.</p>\n<p>• Board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology.</p>\n<p>• Current state medical license and DEA registration.</p>\n<p>• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in gynecology, with a focus on midlife women’s health preferred.</p>\n<p>• Demonstrated clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and effective communication skills.</p>\n<p>• Menopause Society Certification.</p>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>• Competitive salary with productivity-based incentives.</p>\n<p>• Comprehensive benefits package including: 41 days PTO and 6% match on retirement after 2 years.</p>\n<p>• Malpractice coverage of $2M / $6M.</p>\n<p>• Opportunity for relocation assistance/sign-on bonus.</p>\n<p>• Not for profit, under-served community site brings opportunities for loan forgiveness.</p>\n<p>• Continuing medical education (CME) allowance and paid time off.</p>\n<h2>Living and Working in the South Coast Region</h2>\n<p>The South Coast of Massachusetts and Rhode Island offers a unique blend of coastal charm, cultural richness, and professional opportunity.
