          "text": "<p>As an&#xa0;<strong>Over-the-Road Truck Driver&#xa0;</strong>you will be responsible for driving tractor trailer trucks to transport materials to and from customers across the United States excluding New York City, California, Canada, and Mexico. We offer: Pre-set weekly work schedules. Newer leased company equipment. Company matched retirement.&#xa0; Positive, structured paid training. Competitive pay scale, paid holidays, paid time off for Full-time employees! Complete one (1) year with us, and we order a brand-new tractor!</p><ul><li>The Regional / Over-the-Road Driver will be out five (5) plus days per week, not to exceed 70 hours a week.&#xa0;(Department of Transportation regulation)&#xa0;</li></ul><p>This position will include the opportunity for lots of miles and&#xa0;<strong>pre-scheduled home days</strong>! Most loads are no touch. Driver will be responsible for the standard maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle.&#xa0;&#xa0;Mission Logistics LLC leases newer vehicles and trailers.</p><p><strong>Duties will also include but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Daily inspections of truck equipment and reporting any necessary repairs to the Transportation Managers, along with maintaining the overall appearance of assigned vehicle.&#xa0;</li><li>Complete all daily logs, and necessary paperwork in a timely manner.</li><li>Present a clean and professional appearance while performing company duties.</li><li>Adhere to assigned work schedule and must be flexible to the changing needs of the business.</li><li>Be knowledgeable of current Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) rules and regulations.</li><li>Maintain clean Motor Vehicle Record (M.V.R.) and Medical certification throughout employment.</li><li>Operate multiple types of equipment based on company needs.</li><li>Assist in loading and unloading of trucks and trailers as needed.</li></ul><p>If you are looking for plenty or miles and great benefits, this is a great opportunity for you!</p><p><strong>External Hiring Range:&#xa0;&#xa0;</strong>.30 to .40 per mile plus daily per diem.</p><ul><li>Retention Incentive&#xa0;$7,000 after 1 year of employment!&#xa0;Or driver choice of different payout.</li></ul>",
