Description

Summary: Facility Supervisor coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment. Oversees a staff that installs, inspects, repairs, and maintains building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain and troubleshooting for all the utility of the facility including Air Handler, Chillers, Steam line and support in trouble shooting of the equipment. Available for emergency call for the facility including the fire alarm calls. Monitoring of the utilities of the facility and familiar with the operations of Building Automation system. Identifying and procurement of the parts for utilities. Maintain and coordinate for the work orders, assigning the work to the maintenance mechanics Ensure and monitor for proper pest control activity in the facility Generate engineering documents for equipment and facility utility including preventive maintenance. Maintain Documentation as per company's requirement / GMP requirements Coordinating with external vendor for the PM and other maintenance task as required Ensure for proper sanitization of the facility interior and exterior Guide and monitor the janitorial team for the general cleanliness of the facility Assist in improving team work n efficiency by implementing technically possible corrections Able to use/navigate computer and/or computer-based software Support in construction and project related activity Takes responsibility to improve skill and techniques. Provide training or guidance to other entry level positions. Order parts and supplies for equipment and have a thorough understanding of the stock room operations. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Able to work extended hours and respond to emergency calls by an on call schedule. Performs other duties as assigned or requested and completes them in a timely and detailed manner. Complies with all company policies and standards
