Oversees a staff that installs, inspects, repairs, and maintains building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></u></p><ul><li>Maintain and troubleshooting for all the utility of the facility including Air Handler, Chillers, Steam line and support in trouble shooting of the equipment.</li><li>Available for emergency call for the facility including the fire alarm calls.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitoring of the utilities of the facility and familiar with the operations of Building Automation system.</li><li>Identifying and procurement of the parts for utilities.</li><li>Maintain and coordinate for the work orders, assigning the work to the maintenance mechanics</li><li>Ensure and monitor for proper pest control activity in the facility</li><li>Generate engineering documents for equipment and facility utility including preventive maintenance.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain Documentation as per company's requirement / GMP requirements</li><li>Coordinating with external vendor for the PM and other maintenance task as required</li><li>Ensure for proper sanitization of the facility interior and exterior</li><li>Guide and monitor the janitorial team for the general cleanliness of the facility</li><li>Assist in improving team work n efficiency by implementing technically possible corrections</li><li>Able to use/navigate computer and/or computer-based software</li><li>Support in construction and project related activity</li><li>Takes responsibility to improve skill and techniques.</li><li>Provide training or guidance to other entry level positions.</li><li>Order parts and supplies for equipment and have a thorough understanding of the stock room operations.</li><li>Able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Able to work extended hours and respond to emergency calls by an on call schedule.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned or requested and completes them in a timely and detailed manner.</li><li>Complies with all company policies and standards</li></ul>",
