The project focuses on designing, testing, and scaling a digital platform that&#xa0;consolidates&#xa0;AgeTech&#xa0;knowledge, tools, and evidence into a centralized, accessible hub for older adults, caregivers, researchers, and policymakers.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p>This role supports a national collaborative research initiative by AGE-WELL and the National Research Council of Canada’s Aging in Place Challenge Program.&#xa0;</p><p>This role will be primarily responsible for research and project management streams of the initiative:</p><ol><li>Research &amp; Evaluation Leadership: You will lead a nationwide e-Delphi study to build ecosystem consensus on impact metrics for healthy aging, ensuring insights from co-creation activities are dynamically woven into the platform's core evaluation framework.</li><li>Project Management &amp; Alignment: You will provide operational leadership across multiple workstreams—tracking timelines, managing risks, and coordinating deliverables among diverse partners in academia, industry, government, and experts by lived experience.</li></ol><p>In completing this work, the candidate will work closely with AGE-WELL and NRC project team members, and with partners across academia, industry, health systems, government, and experts by lived experience to ensure the platform and&#xa0;its&#xa0;curated components are evidence-informed, user-centered, and impactful.&#xa0;</p><p>AGE-WELL (http://www.agewell-nce.ca) is Canada’s technology and aging network.
