Ensuring Operational KPIs are achieved.<br><br>Key responsibilities&nbsp;<br><br>&nbsp;1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for smooth operations in yard, rail &amp; warehouse (EXIM/Domestic).<br>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure timely gate in and gate out operations as per SLAs.<br>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure to prepare various reports &amp; showing with concerned in time.<br>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure there should not be any revenue leakages.<br>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Plan to utilize equipment optimally and its proper management.<br>6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure to bring efficiency in operations by providing best timely service to customers.<br>7.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To have zero customer complaints.<br>8.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Cost saving initiatives.&nbsp;<br>9.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To follow safety and security norms of the company strictly and its implementation on the ground.<br>10.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To maintain relationships with internal employees as well as with external vendors/ Customers/ Govt. authorities.<br>11.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To follow strictly the SOPs of Yard, Rail &amp; warehouse operation<br>12.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for all warehouse functions of Inward, Put-away, Picking, Outbound and Inventory.<br>13.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure timely loading/unloading of Train as per TAT.<br>14.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Need to unload all the SKUs batchwise and ensure timely GR and Put-away.<br>15.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Overall responsibility for Warehouse operations.<br>16.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintaining Gross Margin at format level.<br>17.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Managing Team off-roll and on-rolls Attrition within 5%<br>18.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintaining Customer Level Operations SLA<br>19.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proper Audit/stock take, and Shrinkage under Limits as provided by Business Team<br>20.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintaining Customer Level Transpiration SLA.<br>21.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintaining HSE Standard and submission of reports<br>22.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;MIS and Productivity Monitoring.<br><br>&nbsp;</p><p>Qualifications &amp; Competencies<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good Communication skills in English language, both oral and written.<br>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Qualification – Graduate / Experience - Minimum -5 years.<br>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To have very good knowledge of word, excel &amp; PPT as well as Software.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><br>&nbsp;</p>",
