This role converts complex clinical and financial data into clear, actionable insights that promote Lexington Clinic&rsquo;s growth and operational Excellence. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, business, economics, fata analytics, or related field; 2 &ndash; 4 years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong><u>Technical</u></strong></p><p>Experience working with large data sets and big data analytics tools. Experience with data lakes or similar big data platforms (general working knowledge acceptable), Power BI and/or Tableau, Python, R, Microsoft 365 Copilot. High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data modeling.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>PREFFERED QUALIFICATION:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;Proficiency with database management and SQL preferred. Previous experience in the healthcare industry. Knowledge of Sage Intacct or Athenahealth.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>PHYSICAL GUIDELINES:</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong>Physical guidelines include the ability to move, traverse, position self remain in a stationary position and negotiate steps for up to eight hours per day, manual dexterity, visual and auditory acuity.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>NOTE:</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong>This document is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed.
