Le rôle de technicien du service consiste à travailler au quotidien avec les membres de équipe de location d’espaces en vue d’un objectif commun, soit d’accroître la visibilité des produits ATCO Structures sur le marché concerné, tout en maintenant un niveau de service à la clientèle supérieur. Ce position relève du directeur de succursale. Responsabilités du poste : Effectuez l'entretien général et les réparations de la flotte de location, incluant la menuiserie, les travaux électriques de base, la plomberie, le CVC, la peinture, le plancher, la toiture, les portes, les fenêtres, et plus encore. Nettoyez les roulottes de chantier à leur retour de location (planchers, murs, plafonds, fenêtres, luminaires, surfaces, etc.) afin d'assurer un haut niveau de qualité. Diagnostiquer les problèmes techniques et appliquer les mesures correctives nécessaires pour assurer la conformité et la performance de l'unité. Effectuer la maintenance préventive et documenter toutes les interventions dans les ordres de travail. Charger, décharger et manipuler les unités conformément aux procédures établies. Utilisez les outils et équipements en toute sécurité et en conformité avec les pratiques et politiques de l'entreprise. Maintenir des niveaux d'inventaire adéquats pour tout l'équipement, les outils et les matériaux nécessaires à l'exécution des tâches de service. Maintenir la propreté et l'ordre dans toutes les zones intérieures et extérieures de l'installation, y compris le déneigement des zones extérieures au besoin. Effectuez des inspections complètes des unités avant le départ et au retour de la location. Servir de point de contact avec les opérations, recevoir les demandes et aider à prioriser les tâches quotidiennes. Déplacer, organiser et optimiser le positionnement des unités dans la cour pour soutenir l'efficacité opérationnelle. Accomplissez les autres tâches assignées. Job Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repairs on the rental fleet, including carpentry, basic electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, painting, flooring, roofing, doors, windows, and more. Clean jobsite trailers upon return from rental (floors, walls, ceilings, windows, light fixtures, surfaces, etc.) to ensure a high standard of quality. Diagnose technical issues and apply the necessary corrective actions to ensure unit compliance and performance. Carry out preventive maintenance and document all interventions in work orders. Load, unload, and handle units in accordance with established procedures. Use tools and equipment safely and in compliance with company practices and policies. Maintain adequate inventory levels for all equipment, tools, and materials required to perform service tasks. Maintain cleanliness and order in all indoor and outdoor areas of the facility, including snow removal from exterior zones when required. Perform full inspections of units prior to departure and upon return from rental. Serve as a point of contact with operations, receive requests, and help prioritize daily tasks. Move, organize, and optimize the positioning of units in the yard to support operational efficiency. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Qualification: 2-4 years of experience in a similar role Equipment Certifications (Asset), Experience or certification in operating equipment such as loaders, forklifts, or scissor lifts is considered an asset.
