Grow.</strong></p>\n<p>We’re seeking a dynamic and driven <strong>Vice President, Phoenix Market Executive</strong> to lead our 35+ person Phoenix office and strengthen our presence across Arizona. This is a high‑impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong teams, driving business performance, and cultivating influential client and community relationships.</p>\n<p>As the senior leader for the Phoenix operation, you’ll partner closely with the Region Director and leadership team to guide strategy, ensure operational excellence, and champion our people. You’ll be a visible leader in the Arizona market—representing the firm in client meetings, industry events, and community forums.</p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Lead</strong></p>\n<p><strong>People Leadership</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build a collaborative, high‑performance culture with clear communication and shared purpose.</li>\n <li>Set goals, delegate effectively, and ensure accountability across the team.</li>\n <li>Mentor and develop talent, identifying future leaders and supporting career growth.</li>\n <li>Lead 5–6 Department Managers and ensure top‑tier performance across all disciplines.</li>\n <li>Celebrate achievements and foster team cohesion through recognition and team‑building.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Business Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.</li>\n <li>Oversee contracting, project execution, and resource coordination.</li>\n <li>Maintain strong awareness of industry trends to position the office for success.</li>\n <li>Balance the office portfolio through strategic work share and enterprise alignment.</li>\n <li>Establish and track performance metrics using company KPIs, addressing challenges and opportunities proactively.</li>\n <li>Execute the annual business plan and deliver on strategic goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Client &amp; Market Leadership</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strengthen existing client relationships and cultivate new ones across Arizona.</li>\n <li>Develop strategies that expand market presence and create long‑term growth.</li>\n <li>Promote cross‑selling and multi‑discipline engagement with key clients.</li>\n <li>Represent the firm through professional associations, conferences, publications, and community involvement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Arizona PE License</li>\n <li>Exceptional communication and leadership presence.</li>\n <li>Background in <strong>Transportation, Structural/Bridge, or Municipal</strong> engineering.</li>\n <li>Proven experience in <strong>operations, business development, and project management</strong>.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning, or related field.</li>\n <li>10+ years leading teams and 10+ years in client management/business development.</li>\n <li>P&amp;L management experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong relationships within the Arizona market.</li>\n <li>Experience with local, state, and/or federal procurement.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with MS Office and Oracle‑based ERP systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The compensation range for this position is $250,000–$275,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.</li>\n <li>This position is BONUS eligible!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision coverage</li>\n <li>401(k) with company plan</li>\n <li>HSA and FSA options</li>\n <li>Life, AD&amp;D, short‑ and long‑term disability</li>\n <li>Professional and personal development support</li>\n <li>Generous PTO</li>\n <li>Commuter and wellness benefits</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>#LI-TS2</p>\n<p>#LI-HYBRID</p>",
