As a Survey Technician at WSB, you will play a vital role in the production and delivery of innovative projects. You&rsquo;ll work closely with professional surveyors and project managers to support work for renewables projects. We invite you to forge ahead with us as a Survey Technician.</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Denver, CO</p><p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Project research of applicable survey related documents such as locating vesting deeds/legal descriptions, names of landowners, property identification numbers, &nbsp;FEMA flood maps and panels, etc.</li><li>Submitting 811 utility locates.</li><li>Familiarity with title commitments and proforma documents.</li><li>Assisting project teams in drafting, revising, and finalizing ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, easement exhibits and legal descriptions.</li><li>Ensuring the work complies with client specifications and needs.</li><li>Maintaining project files and supporting documentation.</li><li>Managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li></ul><p><strong>What You Will Bring:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D required.</li><li>0&ndash;3+ years of relevant experience in the renewables industry.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with project teams.</li></ul><p><strong>Who We Are:</strong></p><p>WSB is a design and consulting firm specializing in Transportation, Community Planning, Environmental, Energy, Municipal, and Construction services.
