DroneShield is looking for a Sales Director to sell into Federal and Civilian accounts across the US. The role will report into Virginia-based Vice President of Sales. Competitive salary, attractive commission structure and comprehensive health insurance will be provided. 50% travel should be expected. Responsibilities, Duties and Expectations Grow and execute strategy for the US, across key Federal and Civilian agencies Create and prioritize strategic target account lists Work with the broader team to set meetings, conduct demos, and visit prospects Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications Identify and conduct high level conversations with key decision makers Represent DroneShield at industry events Conduct demonstrations and installations of DroneShield systems Provide input in creation of marketing materials and messaging for specified customer groups Assist in providing distributor and end customer training in product use Qualifications, Experience and Skills 3-15 years sales experience within the Federal and Civilian marketplace with a proven track record of success Ability to work autonomously and as part of a geographically distributed team Excellent written/verbal communication Motivated self-starter Public Safety and or Law Enforcement experience is well regarded but not required High degree of attention to detail Creative lateral thinker Proven track record of success Ability to work autonomously and as part of a geographically distributed team Note for recruitment agencies: We do not accept unsolicited candidates from external recruiters unless specifically instructed.
