    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Being responsible for handling Air Export Customer booking acceptance, reports and client-system update efficiently and accurately;</span></li>\n<li><span>Keep close contact and coordinate with international clients and local/overseas colleagues via both emails and phone calls with a professional customer service manner;</span></li>\n<li><span>Perform any ad-hoc duties when required.</span><span></span><span></span><span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>1 - 3 years of relevant experience in customer service / sales supporting / operation in freight forwarding industry with proven record  problem-solving;</span></li>\n<li><span>Diploma holder or above will be definitely an advantage;</span></li>\n<li><span>Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin);</span></li>\n<li><span>Responsible and self-motivated personalities with excellent communication skills;</span></li>\n<li><span>Competent in MS Word, Excel &amp; Chinese Word-Processing;</span></li>\n<li><span>Candidates with more experiences willl be considered for senior position;</span></li>\n<li><span>Working Location: ATL, Berth 3, Kwai Chung</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Interested parties, please send full resume, availability and expected salary to our company.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>All information provided by applicants will be treated in strict confidence and used only for employment-related purposes.
