You will be working with a team of professionals – including first responders, healthcare providers, and community-based agencies – to stabilize a psychiatric crisis situation, avoid hospitalization and/or incarceration, and initiate immediate community-based treatment. This is a fast-paced, dynamic position that requires flexibility, multitasking, and strong crisis management skills.</p><p>In addition, clinicians provide in-office triage, crisis intervention, stabilization, back-to-school evaluations, and referral services as appropriate for persons scheduled by evaluating clinicians in the EDs and/or referred by other providers, calling on the phone (for themselves or others) or walk-ins to our lobby as indicated by presenting psychiatric status. Shifts are flexible and include overnights and occasional assigned weekend shifts.</p>",
