During the school year, you are the primary student support presence at your Education Center and the operational partner to the Education Center Director. You’ll manage a caseload of students and families with diverse needs, run ECA programming, and ensure the day-to-day life of the EC runs well. In summer, you shift into camp leadership mode, taking ownership of the full delivery of Boundless Summer Camp at your site.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Own on-site student support using the Response to Intervention (RTI) framework, managing a defined caseload of students and families through the school year</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions with educators and specialists, leading behavioral response, documentation, and family communication</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain records in Toddle (Student Referrals, Behavior Incident Reports, case notes) aligned with Boundless Support rating criteria</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
