Your Impact Lead and participate in field programs including borehole drilling, test pitting, in situ testing, instrumentation installation, and construction monitoring. Analyze geotechnical and geological data to develop recommendations for foundations, retaining structures, earthworks, pavements, and slope stability. Prepare clear, defensible technical reports such as investigations, design briefs, and construction documentation. Provide geotechnical input to multidisciplinary teams and support innovative, data‑driven solutions. Mentor junior staff in field methods, analysis techniques, and safety practices. Build strong client relationships through responsive, reliable engineering advice. Support quality assurance processes, project coordination, and continuous improvement in geotechnical practice. The Skills That Set You Apart Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering or Civil Engineering with a geotechnical focus.
Registration as an EIT in Canada , with relevant Canadian consulting experience.
Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Geotechnical or Geological Engineer-in-training.
Valid Canadian driver’s license.
