You will coordinate civil subcontractors, utilities, survey, inspections, and daily field activity while maintaining a sharp focus on production, safety, and schedule.</li><li>Lead early-phase sitework including mobilization, erosion control, access, grading, and underground infrastructure.</li><li>Coordinate installation of storm, sanitary, domestic water, fire service, and dry utilities.</li><li>Manage survey, layout verification, inspections, testing, and documentation.</li><li>Drive short-interval planning and keep civil activities on track with a 2 to 4 week look-ahead mindset. &nbsp;</li><li>Identify and solve field issues before they affect cost, quality, or vertical start dates.</li><li>Enforce high safety standards for trenching, equipment operations, and daily site coordination.</li><li>Partner with project teams, subcontractors, utility providers, and inspectors to maintain momentum and accountability.</li><li>Support a smooth turnover from sitework to foundations and vertical construction.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><h2><strong>You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are</strong></h2><p><br></p><p>A proactive field leader who does not wait for problems to escalate.
