This role provides direct supervision to warehouse team members and leads, ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, and partners closely with retail and operations leadership to support park needs</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS</p>\n<p>· Previous warehouse experience required</p>\n<p>· Supervisory experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory environment preferred</p>\n<p>· Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills</p>\n<p>· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment</p>\n<p>· Effective verbal and written communication skills</p>\n<p>· Proficient with inventory systems and basic reporting tools</p>\n<p>· Must be able to interact professionally with internal teams and leadership</p>\n<p>· Must be able to follow and enforce all Six Flags Policies and Procedures</p>\n<p>· Ability to safely lift, move, and handle merchandise weighing 10–50 lbs</p>",
