A pharmacist reviews the technician’s work for completeness and accuracy, or the technician performs tasks with inherent checks built into the nature of the work.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Responsible for maintaining confidential reports, entering and retrieving data utilizing the computer system, filling automated medication dispensing systems with a supply of unit dose medications, procuring and filling requests for pharmaceutical supplies, and delivering supplies to patient care areas.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Reports To:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Director/Pharmacy (JC: 039358), Supervisor/Pharmacy (JC: 024601), or Pharmacist (JC: 021702)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Supervises:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>None</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY</h2>\n<p><strong>***Must be registered with the State of Flordia and prepairing to take the Tech 1 test***</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma (or equivalent) and successful completion of a Florida Board of Pharmacy (FLBOP) approved pharmacy technician training program.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>None</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Six (6) to twelve (12) months of pharmacy experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Certification/License/Registry: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>FLBOP registration in accordance with Florida Statutes, Title XXXII (Regulations of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 465 (Pharmacy), Section 014 (Pharmacy Technician). </li>\n <li>CPhT credential from the PTCB or the NHA within one (1) year post-hire.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>-</h2>\n<p><em>Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is an equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace.
