You are helping people navigate their full health journey in a supportive, team-driven environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you are looking for a role where you can do meaningful work and still have a life outside of it, this is it.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Carry out the health care plan designed by the Practitioners</li>\n <li>Administer treatments and/or medication prescribed by Practitioners</li>\n <li>Interview clients for the purpose of gathering health history</li>\n <li>Administer and evaluate medical tests as appropriate</li>\n <li>Provide health teaching for patients and their families</li>\n <li>Assess patients telephonically and in-person for acute physical issues</li>\n <li>Act as liaison between prescribers, consumers, laboratories, PCPs, other healthcare providers, pharmacies and staff to ensure continuity of care</li>\n <li>Provide support and guidance to patients in maintaining a therapeutic environment</li>\n <li>Promote Chestnut’s culture of customer service excellence through adherence to behavioral standards</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>\n <li>Active Illinois RN or LPN license required</li>\n <li>Knowledge of pharmacology and possible medication side effects required</li>\n <li>CPR certification required (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills required, including MS Word, Outlook, e-prescribing, and EMR systems</li>\n <li>Must successfully complete Chestnut’s background check process</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Compensation</strong></h3>\n<p>The anticipated starting pay for this position ranges from $19.85 to $40.84 per hour, depending on licensure (LPN or RN), experience, and qualifications.</p>\n<p>Chestnut considers multiple factors when determining starting pay, including skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity.</p>\n<p>Opportunities for additional earnings may include shift differentials and bonuses, where applicable.</p>\n<h3><strong>Benefits</strong></h3>\n<p>This full-time position includes a comprehensive benefits package, including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n <li>Life and disability insurance</li>\n <li>Retirement savings plan with company match</li>\n <li>Generous paid time off</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement and loan repayment opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Check out our benefits here!</p>\n<h3><strong>About Chestnut</strong></h3>\n<p>Chestnut Health Systems is a leading provider of behavioral and primary health care services.
