  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block--><strong>What you will be doing:</strong><br>&nbsp;<br>In this role, you will operate the Franklin Water Treatment Drive Thru, including:&nbsp; the sale of bottled water (3.50 / 5.00 gals.) and water treatment salt; and, load and unload water and salt in a prompt and safe manner.</div><div><!--block--><br><strong>Who we want:</strong></div><div><!--block--><br>We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Drive Thru Crew member with a strong work ethic and a passion for providing excellent customer service. You should be dependable, punctual, and able to handle the physical demands of handling salt and water. <strong><em>This is a great opportunity for both High School and College students.<br></em></strong><strong><br>What you need:</strong></div><ul><li><!--block--><strong>E</strong>xcellent customer service skills&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Ability to multitask, stay organized and work under pressure; organize work and able to work with minimum supervision</li><li><!--block-->High school diploma or GED (preferred)</li><li><!--block-->Strong work ethic and self-motivated</li><li><!--block-->Punctual/dependable with great attendance</li><li><!--block-->Ability to perform basic math calculations</li><li><!--block-->Ability to safely operate a fork truck, where applicable</li></ul><div><!--block--><strong>Physical demands for the job:</strong></div><div><!--block--><br>This role requires <em>regular</em> use of your hands and arms, and be on your feet, moving between sitting, standing, and walking. <em>Occasionally</em>, you may need to stoop, kneel, or crouch and <strong><em>frequently lift items weighing 40 lbs</em></strong>.</div>",
