Through collaboration, innovation, and education, we inspire hope and empower positive change in those we serve.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">We are committed to being responsible stewards of our resources, ensuring efficient and cost-effective care for all.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Position Summary:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The IHT Clinician at River Valley Counseling Center (RVCC) provides in-home therapeutic services to children and families, including assessments, family therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination. This role involves working collaboratively with families and community supports to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring timely documentation, and delivering culturally competent care across home, school, and community settings.</span></p><p data-start=\"287\" data-end=\"482\" data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">We are continuously seeking qualified IHT Clinicians to join our growing team. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and we encourage interested candidates to apply as soon as possible.</span></p><p data-start=\"489\" data-end=\"691\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">We are actively hiring clinicians who are passionate about working with children, adolescents, and families in a community-based setting. Evening availability is strongly preferred to meet client needs.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Provide clinical services, as well as family and collateral consultation on assigned cases.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Complete comprehensive assessments, including CANS, complete with interpretive summaries and recommendations for treatment based on clinical judgment</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Provide family therapy, crisis intervention and management, risk management and safety planning, care coordination, parent skill-building/behavior management training, and support.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Include all pertinent family members and natural supports involved in treatment planning as appropriate.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Maintain a direct service productivity of 70% of available time.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Provide comprehensive risk management/safety planning and take appropriate actions to keep clients and others safe.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Provide services in clients&rsquo; homes, health care clinics, school and other community settings.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Demonstrate a willingness and ability to treat challenging and diverse client populations.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Demonstrate working knowledge of community resources and how to help clients access them.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ensure paperwork is clearly written and legible and addresses relevant clinical issues.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Write progress notes in a manner that reflects progress being made toward treatment goals and submit progress notes within 24 hours of service delivery.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Complete a Safety plan within the first 7 days from initial contact.</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Required:</strong></span></p><ul data-start=\"252\" data-end=\"500\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li data-start=\"252\" data-end=\"377\"><strong data-start=\"254\" data-end=\"268\">Education:</strong> Master&rsquo;s degree in a related field (e.g., human services, counseling, clinical psychology, or social work)</li><li data-start=\"378\" data-end=\"500\"><strong data-start=\"380\" data-end=\"394\">Licensure:</strong> License-eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) and MA-CANS certified (or able to obtain upon hire)</li></ul><h3 data-start=\"507\" data-end=\"534\"><strong data-start=\"511\" data-end=\"534\">Skills &amp; Abilities:</strong></h3><ul data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"1016\"><li data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"588\">Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li data-start=\"589\" data-end=\"646\">Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills</li><li data-start=\"647\" data-end=\"695\">Crisis intervention and de-escalation skills</li><li data-start=\"696\" data-end=\"752\">Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li data-start=\"753\" data-end=\"818\">Ability to manage documentation and maintain accurate records</li><li data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"892\">Proficiency with basic computer systems and electronic health records</li><li data-start=\"893\" data-end=\"959\">Knowledge of legal and ethical standards within the profession</li><li data-start=\"960\" data-end=\"1016\">Strong customer service and client engagement skills</li></ul><h3 data-start=\"1023\" data-end=\"1041\"><strong data-start=\"1027\" data-end=\"1041\">Preferred:</strong></h3><ul data-start=\"1042\" data-end=\"1172\"><li data-start=\"1042\" data-end=\"1073\">Bilingual (English/Spanish)</li><li data-start=\"1074\" data-end=\"1172\">Prior experience providing therapy or clinical services to children, adolescents, and families</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>What We Offer:</strong></span></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Salary Range:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">$35- $51 per billable hour - Fee For Service Structure</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Salary ranges are based on years of experience, level of education, specialty and licensure/certifications.
