    "requisitionDescription": "<p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Perform Quality Control (QC) procedures on returning camera and video equipment.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Ensure all cases and equipment are presentable and in ideal working condition.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Assemble and configure equipment racks for client delivery.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Diagnose, log, and repair damaged items.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Manage firmware versions for applicable devices.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Organize and store all tested equipment.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Correctly process missing or damaged equipment.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Reshelf equipment correctly, with QC tag.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Pull/prep/scan equipment for outbound orders.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Troubleshoot equipment.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Provide exceptional customer support for clients .</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Follow direction of the department leader and managers.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Assist other departments when necessary.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Comply with company policies and procedures.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Perform additional duties as assigned.</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Any combination of education, experience, and training equivalent to graduation from high school or a GED</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Experience working with professional signal processing and switching products such as Barco and Analog Way switchers, and AJA and Black Magic converters</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Possesses a basic understanding of inventory software for forecasting of workload.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Strong technical skills and the ability to change circuit cards and reconfigure multi-slot switchers.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Comprehension of video theory, different signal formats, and cable types</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Be able to handle hard deadlines and plan workflow depending on client needs.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Ability to lift 50 pounds.</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Basic knowledge in set-up, operation, and troubleshooting of computer and audio-visual equipment</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Prior experience in live event production</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Proficient in Microsoft Office suite</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Equipment knowledge in disciplines other than video</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull; Advanced troubleshooting and equipment repair skills</p>\n<br/>Monday - Friday 10:30am - 7:00pm",
