    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Position Description</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">The TS Power Plant is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to help lead the safe and reliable operation of a 200 MW photovoltaic (PV) solar facility and a 242 MW coal-fired thermal power plant. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for guiding a team of operators through daily plant operations while ensuring safety, performance, and environmental standards are consistently met.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead a 7-person operations crew, directing control room and field activities during startup, shutdown, and normal plant operations. You’ll serve as a key leader on shift—coordinating with plant leadership, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting continuous improvement efforts that enhance reliability and efficiency.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">This role is ideal for a motivated leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, mentoring team members, and playing a critical role in maintaining reliable power generation that supports site operations.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\">At Nevada Gold Mines, we believe in developing our people, fostering a safe and sustainable workplace, and making a lasting impact in the communities where we operate.
