This role will assist in providing funding solutions for banks through brokered Certificates of Deposits as an alternative funding channel. The individual must have a track record in the capital market space with a reputation for sound judgement and strong risk management skills. With the ability to communicate and build relationships, recognize new business opportunities, and help drive growth.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the end-to-end issuance process for Brokered CDs, ensuring proper documentation, settlement and regulatory compliance</li>\n <li>Support the onboarding of issuing banks – obtaining necessary legal documentation and risk approvals</li>\n <li>Work closely with the sales team to establish and maintain relationships with issuing banks</li>\n <li>Monitor market conditions, funding trends, and competitive activity to provide actionable market insights to inform decision-making</li>\n <li>Assist in maintaining accurate transaction records and reporting</li>\n <li>Work with internal teams to help build and maintain CD New Issuance platform&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Help drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3-5 years’ experience in CD Underwriting and building relationships with issuing banks</li>\n <li>Understanding of the full lifecycle of the Brokerage CD underwriting process&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Established relationships with issuing banks</li>\n <li>Series 7 &amp; 63 required</li>\n <li>Series 24 a plus</li>\n <li>Strong financial acumen</li>\n <li>Strategic thinking and crisis management skills</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</li>\n <li>Visionary mindset to align with the company’s long-term goals</li>\n <li>Ability to work with internal sales teams and external issuing banks</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p>\n<p>Tradeweb is committed to providing valuable and competitive benefits.
