Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.<br><br><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Coordinate high, medium, and low‑voltage electrical activities including distribution, generators, UPS, and power quality systems</li><li>Plan and implement maintenance, outages, upgrades, and installations with minimal manufacturing impact</li><li>Provide field coordination and technical guidance for switching load transfers, commissioning, and contractor work</li><li>Identify electrical risks and develop mitigation plans with operations and engineering partners</li><li>Maintain system documentation, equipment records, and tool installation schedules to support safe and reliable operations</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Technical degree, trade certification, or electrical license with 2+ years of electrical operations or maintenance experience, or 5+ years of equivalent industrial experience</li><li>Proven knowledge of electrical safety practices including LOTO and energized work controls</li><li>Experience coordinating multiple electrical activities in a manufacturing or high‑reliability environment</li><li>Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse collaborators</li></ul><strong>Preferences:</strong><ul><li>Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related field</li><li>Experience with medium‑voltage systems, generators, UPS, and power quality mitigation</li><li>Background supporting electrical commissioning, outages, or switching events in critical facilities</li><li>Experience in semiconductor fabs, data centers, or similar environments</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Effort/Activities:</strong><br>May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
