And the best thing about working at Kawartha Dairy – <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">you get FREE ICE CREAM!!!</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">What You’ll Do:</span></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess, prioritize, resolve, or escalate technical support issues to ensure timely and accurate solutions.</li>\n<li>Provide advanced support for end-user requests, including user account creation, printer and peripheral support, applications, networking, backups, and security.</li>\n<li>Oversee the implementation of Zero Trust principles, ensuring adherence to company security standards.</li>\n<li>Lead and support the completion of ongoing projects by offering training, documentation, and software installation.</li>\n<li>Ensure consistent end-user use and satisfaction with project deliverables or applications.</li>\n<li>Provide mentorship and training to Associate technicians to maintain a high standard of service within the department.</li>\n<li>Contribute to building and maintaining a knowledge base of documentation for IT processes and solutions.</li>\n<li>Participate in occasional or ongoing after-hours support shifts as required to maintain service continuity, including but not limited to emergency events or seasonal volume activities.</li>\n<li>Participation and development in an annual personalized development plan to support ongoing development and growth within the IT Technician role at Kawartha Dairy.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">What You Need to Get the Job Done:</span></span></p>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues or combination of post-secondary education and experience.</li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of networking, security protocols, and Zero Trust architecture.</li>\n<li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with users at all levels of technical proficiency.</li>\n<li>Strong documentation skills and experience in creating and maintaining IT knowledge bases.</li>\n<li>Training and mentoring Associate staff.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.</li>\n<li>Availability to participate in after-hours support on a rotating basis, is needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\"><em>We thank all candidates for their interest in Kawartha Dairy Limited, however, only those selected for interview will be contacted.
