If so, we’re looking for you. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You will</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take ownership of day-to-day operations, balancing tenant service, building performance, and business objectives for a portfolio of commercial properties</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve property performance, tenant experience, and operational efficiency</li>\n<li>Establish strong relationships with tenants and provide a proactive, exemplary level of service</li>\n<li>Contract and manage the performance of third-party service contractors/trades ensuring the business plan standards are achieved</li>\n<li>Lead and oversee the performance of in-house support staff</li>\n<li>Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties have great curb appeal</li>\n<li>Prepare and execute the annual operating and capital budgets and monthly financial reporting</li>\n<li>Oversee the rent collection process and initiate appropriate action as required to collect arrears</li>\n<li>Coordinate tenant move-ins and move outs and work with construction team on tenant build-outs or Landlord’s work</li>\n<li>Ensure preventative maintenance is scheduled and completed, and implement the Property Management platform at all properties</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with relevant legislation</li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with other team members in leasing, asset management, construction, accounting, and development and all other stakeholders</li>\n<li>Be on call for property emergencies</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You have </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing commercial real estate</li>\n<li>A hands-on, proactive approach with a willingness to jump in where needed</li>\n<li>Strong critical thinking &amp; problem solving skills </li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of MS Office and Excel, and Yardi (an asset)</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both oral and written</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and vehicle</li>\n<li>An active BC Real Estate license (an asset)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Great, diverse, authentic people!  </li>\n<li>Unlimited career growth opportunities  </li>\n<li>Mentorship from the ‘best in the biz’  </li>\n<li>Corporate Giving Strategy supporting community development  </li>\n<li>Annual salary reviews and performance bonuses  </li>\n<li>A robust Benefit Plan and Employee Assistance Program  </li>\n<li>Educational Assistance Program  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pay range:</span> $85,000 - $100,000 annually</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We work hard.
