The role offers potential for <strong>future</strong> <strong>partnership or ownership</strong>, depending on the candidate’s goals and experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About the Practice</strong></p>\n<p>We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and experienced child focused Dentist (3–5 years preferred) to join our team! Dentistry is the perfect profession for <strong>Dr. Josh</strong>, whose lighthearted personality and genuine love for children have helped shape Best Bites Dentistry into a welcoming, fun, and family-focused environment. Originally from Montana, Dr. Josh brings both an adventurous spirit and a dedication to education and community service to his work.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Active Patients:</strong> 11,000+</li>\n <li><strong>Average New Patients/Month:</strong> 45–50</li>\n <li><strong>Operatories:</strong> 7 fully equipped</li>\n <li><strong>Monthly Production:</strong> $180K–$200K</li>\n <li><strong>Annual Production:</strong> $2.2 million with strong collections</li>\n <li><strong>Providers:</strong> The opportunity to work directly alongside the owner doctor</li>\n <li><strong>Support Team:</strong> 5 RDAs 4 are considered EFTs and 1 Hygienist</li>\n <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> 4 days per week</li>\n <li><strong>OR Days:</strong> 2 days/week (Monday & Tuesday, 1 day per provider)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide high-quality pediatric dental care for patients from infancy through adolescence, including those with special health needs.</li>\n <li>Perform comprehensive exams, restorative procedures, and preventive care.</li>\n <li>Utilize hospital privileges and/or OR access (Pediatric Dentist preferred per new NC rules).</li>\n <li>Collaborate with a skilled, experienced support team.</li>\n <li>Maintain a fun, engaging, and educational environment for children and families.</li>\n <li>Participate in community outreach and school-based programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>A Pediatric Dentist</strong></li>\n <li>3–5 years of clinical experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-focused care.</li>\n <li>Interested in long-term growth, mentorship, or ownership transition.</li>\n <li>Energetic, personable, and community-minded.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Earning potential:</strong> $250K–$350K+ annually</li>\n <li><strong>Full-time position (4 days/week)</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Benefits include: </strong>Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan, and CEU stipends</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Join a thriving child focused practice where fun meets high-quality dentistry — and where your career can grow into ownership!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>INDDROP07</p>",
